B2B Workforce Web-based Time and Expense Entry System
In order to receive payment, your time and expenses are to be entered through our web-based time and expense system. Please enter and submit your time/expenses per the instructions attached below by noon each Monday.
 
You must have a user ID and password to begin entering time or expenses. This will be included on your Project Orientation Sheet.

If you see any problems or have any questions, please use the "Help" link at the top of the Time and Expense Welcome Page on the web and type in your question.

Time Entry

 
• Point your browser to http://mail.b2bworkforce.com/timex2.nsf
•When prompted, enter user name and password.
• "The system defaults to 0 hours, you should adjust each day to reflect the correct Hours you worked."
•Save as *Draft or Submit for Processing. When Submit is selected, this will lock the time card from further edits. If future edits are needed, please use the "Help" link on the Time and Expense Welcome Page on the web.
 
*Drafts: If a time card has only been partially completed and you wish to add more information later, simply select “Save As Draft”. The time card will not be submitted but all data will be saved.

Expense Entry

INVOICE ENTRY FOR DIRECT BILL VENDORS (YOUR COMPANY)
 
•If you are a Direct Bill Vendor (meaning you are your own company vs. working through another company) and have been set-up to Paperless Invoicing over the web, enter your Invoice Number in the space provided. Due date will calculate off of date submitted and your payment terms per your contract. 
 
INVOICING FOR 3rd Party Vendors
 •Third Party Vendors who provide resources to B2B Workforce Projects should submit invoices via fax to 770-667-7201.

SUBMITTING A TIME CARD / EXPENSES (with receipts)
 •Print it out, sign it and have your client manager sign it.
•Fax the signed Time Sheet or Expense Report (with all receipts attached) to B2B Workforce at 770-667-7201 by noon on Monday. Keep your approvals readily available until they are removed from your 'To Do' View.

 

SEND COPY TO YOUR MANAGER
 Once your drafted time and expense forms have been "SUBMITTED" in the system, Go to the bottom of the saved form and click on the "SEND COPY" button. This will prompt you for a "From" and "To" email address (you may have multiple "to" addresses by separating each address entry with a semi-colon). You can then send the copy to the recipient you indicated in the "To" field.

Have your "Approver" reply to All and the approval will return directly to timesheets@b2bworkforce.com for processing. The system will also save a cookie with this information on the computer you are using so that any future "send copy" operations will pull in the values you last entered.

Changing Your Password
 You have the ability to specify your own password. Click on CHANGE PWD, once the document opens, delete the contents of the Internet Password and enter your new password.
